Enhanced Supported Living
Our enhanced supported living service in St Albans aims to bridge the gap between an in-patient hospital setting and a typical supported living setting.
The service supports people who are leaving hospital following a number of years who may have become institutionalised and require a high level of support in most aspects of their life.
Our supported living services offer support around the clock for adults with mental health needs who may require varying levels of support.
These services work with clients to build on independent livings skills and achieve a level of autonomy which safely allows them to step down from these services with less support.
Our floating support services provide daily support for clients living in a semi-independent setting. These clients will have typically stepped down from our supported living settings and require on-going support with maintaining their tenancy and living environment.
